I Landed a WORLDS FIRST Gymnastics Flip!

Come with me as I attempt a gymnastics trick that has never been done before!

It was amazing to see the difference between Tomas's first flip and Tomas's second flip. Nice progress on the only the second try!

Your trainingpall who has trouble with 'knowing where he is mid air'. I had this too back in the old days.. let m try not to go full- full but instead do 1,5 in- 0,5 out. this way he can focus earlier on landing it. Just an old trick to help yourself. greetings from Holland again. Keep up these longer videos, they're so much fun

I'm trying to decipher the lingo, here. Is "triff" a triple front? And does the Miller have three or four twists? Everything happens so fast that it's hard for me to process! Very impressive!

A “triff” is a triple with a half twist, and a “miller” is a double back with 3 full twists.

Triff is a triple front with a half turn Miler is a triple twisting double Miler + is a quadruple twisting double
