1:33:07 That kind of lag / stuttering is usually (and in my experience only) caused when the game has to generate facegen meshes + textures on the fly. I.e. you either have a mod or CC content that lacks pre-generated + properly BA2 archived facegen data for its NPCs. The mod/CC does not necessarily need to even add "new" NPCs, any modifications to an NPC skin/hair/any body property is enough to be a "new" NPC that needs a facegen record.
