In my opinion ROTS had incredibly good ideas, but the way it was implemented in the end was shit. Anakin's fall to the dark side could have been incredibly good, but that happens in 50 seconds. First he says: "I know it's wrong." And then a minute later he kills younglings and says: "I should have known that the Jedi were evil." The dialogue is terrible and Hayden didn't play Anakin well imo. Obi-Wan and Palps carry the movie, but overall ANH is simply better implemented. What's better about ROTS is the world building, but I like ANH more. And yes, Luke > Anakin. Mark played Luke much better than Hayden played Anakin. Luke has better dialogue and better development throughout the trilogy. Yes, Luke's development was better than Anakin's in my opinion. Anakin never really developed during a film. In episode 1 he was just a smart kid. In Episode 2, he suddenly became an arrogant Padawan. In the third part he was a conflicted Jedi Knight who just casually decides to become a Sith within 50 seconds. And besides, he has nothing to do with Darth Vader. Vader was a charismatic, scary strategist while Anakin is an arrogant brat. I understand if you like ROTS more, but I personally like ANH more. Hopefully this comment is enough for you to understand.
