What would you recommend me on where to open an Interactive Brokers account. Do you think I can open an account here in US and keep using it even when I am out of country? OR should I do that in my country? The problem is I do not have a VISA to come back to US, and getting a visa can be questionable. Sorry for dumping you with a long question. Any advice would be appreciated.

I think a lot of it is also that youre required to have the scaffolding up while maintenance is happening so instead of putting up new scaffolding up every 5 years they just keep it so they dont have to pay extra for maintenance later
