This question has very deep connection with the way we think and percieve and I thought that trying to define what is absolute itself could gave me answers that I am seeking for. I might be wrong, but I think that freedom, truth, nothingness and absolute are all properties of one hole thing, they all are one thing! They are equal, for example, freedom is absolute property and is equally truthful and nothing at all because it's unachievable. Freedom is unachievable that's why it's no thing(non existent). And same for truth. Truth has absolute property, free from anything and any argument against it, and it is (sadly) non existent because all "truth" we perceive to be true are actually relative perception of phenomenons. I might look like weirdo who is commenting on 6 years old video with 14 comment and that is forgotten long ago, but I wanted to share with this idea in some form.

The best explanation that I've watched about Plato's divided line! I was racking my brain for several hours about this and finally gave up and searched for some video explanation. I saw some other videos about this but unlike you, they don't really expound it.

The suggestion that movement and order are due to fine matter (what he calls nous) can be thought of as an ancient speculation of what we know today as modern scientific fundamental forces governing the universe.

Plato's Theory Of Knowledge: The Analogy of the Divided Line Knowledge of beauty is not to have seen something beautiful, but to have seen the form of beauty itself. The division between the world of particulars and the world of forms. Belief: Smaller portion, lesser clairty Knowledge: Bigger portion, high clarity According to Plato, Knowledge is recollection. The soul has innate knowledge of the forms, the soul remembering what it already knows unconsciously. Empiricism Vs Idealism 4. Lowest: Belief, illusions, arts, imitations, opinions (Changeable) shadows of shadows, they imitate what already are imitations. 3. Copies of the forms 2. Lower Forms: Shapes and Numbers. Numerical forms are already present in the mind. Learned through understanding. Analytical. 1. Higher Forms: The Essences (Apriori) Objects of knowledge, true Knowledge. Learned through reason. Wisdom & Reason

Let’s see what Advaita Vedanta says. There is only Being. Pure Being can manifest itself to itself as appearances, All the phenomena are appearances, “Appearance” is the root meaning of the word “Phenomenon”. So, the real nature of everything and every being is Being. The multiplicity is just an appearance, that is, the single seems to be multiple. Based on interpretations of what we perceive, we create divisions in life. But interpretations depend on knowledge, which is always incomplete, The senses and reason are limited. All the interpretations about “what is” are incomplete, therefore false. So, division and separativiness are false. Perceiving this, there is quietness, silence, regarding the comprehension of the totality. The Silence is the Truth. Silence is immeasurable. It is unknowable from the point of view of the appearance named "Intellect". Silence is what I am, because Silence is the essence. "Tat Twam Asi" (Thou art That).

Thank you very much for the thorough presentation, sometimes the reasoning behind the atomic theory as described by Leykippos is overseen, however. For this specific school of philosophy infinite and infinitesimal existed. Thus, when dividing iron for example infinite times one would have have reached the infinitesimal. The same is true for copper. As a result there should have been a limit where dividing iron even more, iron would have seized to be iron and copper would also have lost its "copper" properties, and that limit for them would have been the atom of iron and the atom of copper.
