Wow, the sculpture is as ugly as its subject. At least it's consistent.

Everytime we visit our favourite city in the world, we also visit the Highline. Thanks to everyone at Friends of the Highline for their work and love for this unique and wonderful park. All the best from Germany.

Well so far I have yet to see a good articulation of the one form of damage observation may have. Specifically, the mere act of surveillance creates a responce. Please see Schrodinger's Cat and the Double - Slit paradox series of experiments, .

Got some news for ya'll !! I am a middlaged while male that has been invrstigated by the FBI. Finally got to talk to them face-to-face. Did a FOIA and no record was presented because of . . . bla . . . bla . . .bla. So it is every one who has and expresses strong opinions that is being investigated. In fact this post will probabliy get me on some list.

The real motive behind this was real estate. It’s unrecognizable now. How many new hotels / buildings went up……?

Good art, but wrong place. It seems out of place, like placing a statue of a homeless person in the middle of wall street. It just seems like pandering and an empty gesture while you let homeless people suffer on the streets. As a black person, I say put it in the black museum in D.C, or somewhere in Africa. This should be placed somewhere owned and controlled by black people, where we can go freely without being stop and frisked, racially profiled or made to feel like a unwanted guest.

Maybe if you blacks didn't commit the most crimes in every city, the cops would leave you alone? I am okay with putting junk like that on a black owned property. Then someone would cut it up and sell it as scrap metal, most likely the owner.
