Dr. Mike, clean yo' spectacles. I often wonder if my glasses are that obvious and distracting when not crystal clear. Now I know that answer is "Yes". :) Another great video, though. I'd love to know more about the last one, too. I can't believe they just carried him off like that without any sort of stabilization!

You can reuse the orbies, once the peas defrost, it's not recommended to eat them, so they're wasted. With bags of frozen peas costing upwards of 5+ dollars now, go with those orbies ladies, but I think smaller, peasized ones would be better...lol And frostbite from a "frozen sheet" that would thaw out in literal moments, I don't think so Dr. Mike.

I see a pa at a majority medical "brand" named System in my area. I have a lot of health issues. The bully i see is one of those typing while interrogating me types. Because i missed a scheduled appointment before this day. She came in all mean faced and angry that i wasted her time and everytime she see's me its an instant ughh. She is very intimidating so its hard to try and explain to her what's going on with me that im worried about. Since i am "obese" every damn time its because im morbidly obese. I mean EVERYTIME. This is the answer I get. Or she'll send me to a dr or specialist for what ever part of my body my issue are in. Instead of using that 15 minutes of quality time with me . She refused to sign off on a kidney stone surgery because i yawned. Automatically i have sleep apnea and she said i get the test done and lose weight and keep my sugar down all my problems would go away. Until then she refused to sign off. Ive already seen the urologist and had a surgery time scheduled but had to cancel. I had to get referred to a pulmonary dr for that dr or pa to have someone call me to set up a sleep test. I told the bully that I already had a sleep test not too long ago before switching providers because of insurance issues and charges. I don't have it. Still trying to get her to actually listen to me . I tried to explain im yawning because im hurting sick and sleep deprived from not sleeping for days. But nooo. I never got a call from anyone to set up any appointments with specialist to get me to my surgery. So a month goes by and nothing but more hurting, nausea vomiting and i could go when it felt like i had to urgently. I went to the hospital, where I was admitted and had a procedure for a stent on one side. I had a 17mm stone on one side and 12mm on the other. Since my insurance sub wasn't accepted by one of their urologist . I had to go back to the surgeon and thats when he went over the bullys head. Im still forced to see her, but I don't . Because im already a mental case. She triggers me to where i feel a panic attack coming on. So yeah ... i totally agree with this video. Thanks for sharing your content and letting me know its just not me. That she just hates fat ppl. That i just sitvat home eating every second of the day but in reality i barely eat because of stomach problems. She doesn't care to ask those questions.

Gundry's got 30 extra pounds on him, minimum, judging from the extra fat in his neck. Take a look at any longtime (5+ years) vegetarian who eats a lowfat diet that includes fruit and you won't see that unless they were 300lbs+ to begin with and have a ways to go yet.

"Liver King" reminds me of Phil Fondacaro, and no, it's not a joke about his height. I think joking about people's bodies is low and stupid. I know some people think a person's height is somehow relevant, but it's definitely not. He reminds me of Phil Fondacaro because he legit kinda looks like him. Even his voice is a bit similar, which just made me feel super nostalgic as I'm a GenXer and if you've seen Willow, and other films Phil was in, well, you get it too! 😁

No way do I want him if I have a condition, rare or not. I want a doctor who is competent and nice, and if I have to sacrifice a bit of competent to get nice, I'll do that, even if it potentially costs me my life.

"The battery of tests doesn't make sense if you already know she has cipa", the point of the tests is not to confirm she has cipa, but since she has cipa and doesn't feel pain, after being in an incident they need to test to see if and where there has been damage since she has no clue as she doesn't feel pain.

@GreyException2 сағат бұрын
Not that this comment matters, but can Karens please stop with fetishizing the innocence of animals and demonizing humans? Do you consider yourselves exempt from the evilness that is according to you lot, intrinsic to humanity only? Why do we take for granted the work we put in to building societies that don't collapse as easily from poverty, from disease, from starvation, from lack of knowledge to deal with external threats? We rely on firefighters, nurses, Doctors, farmers, service workers; all types of people (except congressmen, the IRS and *insert politician* here). So as much as humans have the capacity for evil, we also have the capacity of benevolence. Lastly, let's debunk the idea that humans are the pinnacle of evil and no other animal kills for fun, or "does bad things". Dolphins use dead fish as fleshlights. Ducks evolved to have barbed penises, so every sexual encounter is rape. Kittens and cats will kill mice, birds and other smaller prey without ever intending to eat them. As do foxes, hyenas and likely many other animals. Nature is both beautiful and vicious. Instead of sapping away energy from the world like the rest of us, typing up how horrific we are while sipping on your half latte whatever starbucks drink... why not be one of the few examples that sets humanity on a more moral path? 😞

Thank you so much for the magnesium for cramps bit. I have had numerous patients in hospital (currently a critical care PGY3) requesting magnesium for their leg cramping, and not uncommonly advise that their GP prescribes that for them. I glance at the patients bloods, and assuming the patient has normal mag, I push back that it doesn't do anything for cramps if the patient isn't hypomagnasaemic, and that it is a placebo effect at best. But sometimes it feels like I'm taking crazy pills, especially with doctors outright prescribing them mag for their cramps. If they're overly adamant I sometimes just go "Whatever, have them", as their unlikely to cause harm, but if it a nurse and not the patient pushing for it I'll stand my ground. Wonderful to hear you reinforcing my understanding on this one.

>With no apparent warning the killer whale... That's some bullshit. There were likely warning signs but the trainer ignored them (or did not recognise them). Even when Tilikum killed Dawn Brancheau he showed (more immediate) warning signs like getting frustrated earlier when he wasn't given his fish rewards for doing tricks incorrectly. In any case, captive orcas are severely mistreated and it's no wonder they act out. These trainers often go in young and loving animals and don't leave for years after they realise how terrible the orca's lives are because they don't wanna abandon the poor creatures.
