Thank you so much for taking your time to show us what to do in this situation because the first thing I did was freak out when I seen ugly particles in my water .I thought it might be the place I was getting my water from but cleary these machines need to be maintenanced often and I didn't get a manual because mine was a gift so I was completely in the dark.So once again thank you 👍🏻❤

Omg thank you. I have been having white floaters on my water and no one had heard of the machine doing this. I did do a cleaning and there is still some floaters. I have hope that maybe a mother cleaning will get this stuff out. Have you ever had to do a double cleaning to remove this stuff? Or maybe is it just all coming out from the clean I just did?
