Omg thank you. I have been having white floaters on my water and no one had heard of the machine doing this. I did do a cleaning and there is still some floaters. I have hope that maybe a mother cleaning will get this stuff out. Have you ever had to do a double cleaning to remove this stuff? Or maybe is it just all coming out from the clean I just did?

I have this very machine and was wondering if you drained the water out of the hot/red side dispenser too? When you put the bottle with the water and vinegar solution back into place to let it sit for 10 min, does the water solution automatically go up into the reservoir to do it's cleaning or is there sometime we have to do like flip the buttons on the back? Thanks!

You could do all that but first unplug and drain it out from the back plug rez.

It makes sense why you're getting the floaters if putting tap water in jt all the minerals and fluoride in that water cause build up that will flake off

The entire process seems good, the only part I would change would be instead of using tap water or filtered revert osmosis water I would use purified hot water with the vinegar.

The black grate in the back is blocking the screw. We can’t take that screw out without removing the black grate. Has anyone else has this issue?
