Iconic song written by a hard-core liberal and it's ironic that California is literally Falling off the cliff into the sea of bankruptcy because of liberal policies and corruption

They were supposed to be headline band last Sunday night at This is Hardcore Fest 2024 in Philly with Black Flag. Great 12hours of music but no 7 seconds 😢. Walk together was the 1st punk album I ever bought when I was a kid back in the 80’s. Would’ve been great to see them. Hope I’ll have another chance

All great bands from that era but i think jon sox was pure genius with lyrics from fus. Cliff hanger from the freeze also could write pure genius lyrics. What a blast that time was. Anyone remember when amy mann worked at the origai Newbury comlcs?

From teenage nerds to punk rockers to straight edge hc punk to skinhead hc to glam rocker to fat old guy who needs to have a bleeder valve inserted into his stomach like a cow. I wonder if that would work ,.looking at him makes me feel like I'm full , stuffed , jam packed with way to much food.

Was there from the get go tho i grew up in Worcester 😂. Not my fault. We would take the bus in to south station walk to the channel to see the greats. Fus jerrys kids. Ssd. Dys slapshot. Etc etc. 'tho we were from Worcester. Nobody fucked with us cause we were not pussy kids wewhere into motocross racing hadnt started skating yet did it backwards. Lol but anyway we wernt afraid we were fit frim motorcycle racing. What a intense time. Minor threat at the channel one hot summer. Then i joined the army like a dumbass and missed a lot.

This is how much the United States held hatred against German-Americans who refused to fight in World War I - and we are talking WW One - even into the 1970s and 1980s, and called them all Communists over time, and even to this day there is a vicious grudge and targeting of German-Americans.

Never bought into that straight edge nonsense. Bunch of yahoos doing exactly what they are singing against in that they wild out on those who enjoy weed, alcohol, women etc etc. live your life, don’t tell me how to live mine. They were a part of the collapse of the culture. It turned into gang mentality with people actually dying for partying. Fuck that. Still love the music tho. 😎🎶🖕🏽🔥💯

I saw the second show. Never saw anything like that in my life. I was kinda scared. Al had a very serious presence. Springa was outta control. Chris was an amazing drummer. Jamie was getting his legs. They were a force to be reckoned with.

4:39The Black Dude on the Left was Jon Easley, singer for "Sorry" R.I.P Jon. I saw SSD a few times in 1982. The Mosh pit was Crazy but when Al threw his guitar down and Jumped into the Fray everyone Vacated. Nobody wanted to Slam Dance with Al. Dude was a Monster.
