Do you have a water softener system? Any updates you can provide now? Are you still happy with the RO system?

@@sharalynrobinson4762 I do have a water softener system but it’s only for hot water. The water that comes to this RO system is right from my well. I’ve had it over a year now and I absolutely love this system. I use it everyday, definitely great for my coffee! I only change the filters when it tells me to. So far I’ve replaced the one filter twice and the other filter once. The RO filter has not needed to be replaced. I’ve not had any issues with the system.

@@manvsmachine7279Nice! At the time I left my initial response I was still waiting on mine to be delivered. We opted for the X12. Just installed it last night. Super simple to put together. TDS levels on the faucet haven’t coincided with a handheld TDS Tester I purchased. Called customer support and they were very helpful. Water tastes fabulous btw! I am so excited I never have to tirelessly lug gallon bottles of water home from the grocery store anymore! Just in time for hurricane season too!🎉😊

Thanks for making the video. I'm considering the HD10 Defender Pro (longbed) version. Sounds like you like the buggy but what specifically did you like about this unit vs what else you were considering? The defender PRO is the only long bed utility focused buggy out there or i'd buy a honda pioneer 1000 and call it a day. What other brands/models were you considering? I agree with your aftermarket comments... factory parts are stupid expensive and hard to justify and I also like the CanAm lock and ride catalog of parts. Thanks!
@manvsmachine7279
@manvsmachine7279 Ай бұрын
@freidrichnietzsche6643 I was considering all brands. I chose the Can Am because the ATV I had was a Can Am and was a good machine for me for the 8 years I owned it. The Can Am ATV is difficult for me to work on(it was a 570 Vtwin) and this Defender HD10 is really easy to get at all the general maintenance stuff. Also a huge thing for me is the way I was treated at the Can Am dealership was way better than the other brands...they didn't pressure me at all and gave me plenty of time to make my decision. Honda is good but I believe they have a dual clutch transmission and I really wanted to stay with the CVT. The comfort and usability of this Can Am HD10 is second to none in my opinion. And that 82HP V twin has plenty of power!

@freidrichnietzsche6643 Ай бұрын
@@manvsmachine7279 Appreciate the reply! Each machine & brand has their quirks but it is harder to find gripes about the CanAms which is another reason why they're high on my list. I do love the HD10 engine and build quality of these units. Dealership impression is important and I'm lucky to have a CanAm dealer near us and I've also been treated respectfully thus far. That goes a long way for me. Dual clutch vs CVT - was it mostly about comfort and convenience or have you had good/bad experiences with dual clutches in the past? Honda's overall reliability and our past success with them is what keeps me interested!
@manvsmachine7279
@manvsmachine7279 Ай бұрын
@@freidrichnietzsche6643 It was more about the comfort and convenience for me with the CVT. I know of several guys that have over 5,000 miles on the original belt of the their Can Am and they just hold up well. And if a belt should need to be replaced it's relatively inexpensive and it's in a very accessible area.

Good review! I was wondering if you could provide us a view of the Window Sticker and which Options that were included with this Silverado. Did you purchase the option that included the $900.00 "Suspension Package with Adaptive Ride Control"? In the last 3 or 4 KZfaq videos, who have not mentioned if the High Country ride is smooth, or as tough as your Trail Boss. I hear all Good things with this LZ0 Duramax Diesel engine, that replaced the LM0 3.0 diesel. I am debating if the High Country ride is as smooth as the ZR2 3.0 LZ0 Duramax Diesel ride. In the next video, could you provide a look at the Window Sticker and comment about the High Country ride. Best, Steve from Western Mass.

I have a 2020 AT4 with the "Mini Max" LM2. I just replaced fluid in both diffs and transfer case as it just turned 80k on the ODO! I've literally been coast to coast with it a couple of times and still love this truck. Very good power, great MPG and I did replace the Rancho rear shocks with ACDelco and the ride on the highway is much improved. I THOUGHT about buying a new truck a month ago but after looking around I realized that almost anything out there new is a downgrade. Never been back to the dealership with anything and other than new tires (Goodyear Wrangler Dura Trac) and regular 5k OCI with M1 Ow 20 and a K&N filter, I haven't had any issues with hard start, timing chain etc....So far as oil usage; IF I'm towing my camper regularly or spending a long time at or above 80 on the freeway I'll see it drop a little but nothing under normal conditions.

Have 2019 C7 Z51…5800 miles…my third vette. Had 2023 ordered…but canceled. The more I sat in model, and the more I looked at it…the less I liked. Felt like iPhone on wheels. Sorry, but, C8 not instantly recognized as vette…too copycat. Also, if you add CAI and aftermarket tune (use Diablo 93), you can easily release the 30hp difference between C7 and C8. Also, C7 is 300 lbs lighter. Will run mid to low 11s with right tune. Can pull away from C8 after initial launch…done few times. Had a ZL1 try to pass me twice…he couldn’t. Yes, C8 has edge with more rear rubber and weight over drive wheels…so, 0-60 better. Lastly, C7 has great balance and handling…especially with the Z51 package. Like the C8, but it’s not a vette to this old man. Been told many times…my torch red c7 “most beautiful car” ever seen. And I agree with them. Thanks for the post…enjoyed. Remember, we have the last front engine vette…and the best.
