I just buy pre cut parchment paper sheets that come in a cardboard envelope. No more pulling and tearing to size. Just pull a sheet and it’s crisp and flat.

The parchment trick is good for vessels with high edges like pots or cake pans, for a baking sheet just turn it upside down.

The box for parchment paper actually has a straightening edge, if you tuck the lid back in and pull against it - as apparently the box suggests. 😮

I cannot afford to sped $100+ for a roast like that so I got creative and bought 1 lb of all beef hotdogs and 1 lb of all beef sausage and then tied them together. I also boiled them before roasting for the final 40 minutes, the result was unbelievable.

I have made this many many times. At first I could not get it to work like in the videos. Until I started grating the cheese with a micro plainer and low heat. I actually turn off the heat when I start adding the cheese. Between the heat of the pasta and the pasta water, it emulsifies perfectly. I would highly recommend making your own pasta also, adds just one more layer to the goodness
