I saw this today (09/05) @ IMAX Melbourne, Australia... I really enjoyed it & consider it the best of the 4 modern APES movies. The lighting was outstanding, the aging of cities / evenironment first rate, facial emotions / micro-expressions were incredible, great tension created with the music & the female human character - actually needed + asked for help. I will definitely see KOTPOTA again, before its run @ IMAX finishes. Cheers.

Idk never even heard of this movie till today and watched it by chance on regular ole tv broadcast. Really good! I love this genre already but I was very happy! Great acting and effects and ending.. wow! Underwater is under the radar I think! Props to KS! No werewolves or vampire to be seen! 😂

The whole thing feels off, When they talk it looked dubbed over 😂, I hope its better when it actually comes out, But I don't like the fact that they sound exactly like humans, Just seems like they didnt try at all, 300 years of evolving I get but theyre clearly still killing humans, so why make em seem like theyre evolving into them more.

God forbid they deviate from the EXACT conditions of the novel! Bro Harry Potter was set in the 90's in the books but in the movie's it was the same years as the movie release dates. Ain't nothing wrong with that. Let the films be different in SOME way, bruh.

It's been like two months since I went and saw this, with me mum of all people. I've been thinking about it a lot. I wanted to see it with her because I knew it would tell her a lot of things about my life and how I feel that I find hard to express. Now I ask myself, was any of it real? I hope so. I want so badly for Adam's journey to be everything we thought it was. I don't want this to all just be him talking to himself and working things out. It needs to be, must be, more than a private breakthrough in a life of perpetual loneliness. Because that gives me hope that there can still be happy endings for all of us, even in this very dingy age.
