Hey there, thanks so much for the video. I got a question ... i have incredibly feeble wrist/ lower part of the forearms due to suffering from mercury poisoning, tendonitis etc. (all that is cured tho). Which leaves me with feeble and weak wrist/ lower forearms and I don't quite know how to start progressing, because even the lowest amount of strain can cause just general pain and can incapacitate me. Any idea how I should proceed from this point? Should I try supported hanging, or some wrist/ forearm strength building before instead? cheers!
