Broo I was dying of 😂😂 every pic was just hilarious!!!!! And true. I'm guilty of the pit of despair and the walls of why why why... rofl. I see it now. The driver flipping off the other driver.. i lost it.. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 too legit. ppl are helllllla srs about once light goes GREEN stomp[ on that gas. we do not tolerate anything else. Spot on with comfort levels and doing shit ou don't want to do. I have known this but I'm guilty of not implementing it every day. I need to work on that. Thank you thank you thank you for this comic relief content.. you should go viral from this video.. it was great!!! <3 for uncomfortable i usually do cold showers or to the point where it's not pleasant (or until I'm numb from the coolness,. for a few minutes, i actually do a lot of uncomfortable things.. however.. i need to talk to females more. I know this. I need to socialize more.. i know this. I make lots of internal rationalizations.

This is amazing!! The domino effect is just what I was looking for to actually get me out of bed and through my routine. Do you think you could do a night routine too? I struggle with putting my phone down and instigating the steps that will have me in bed at the time I desire

I think this is a good tip. Recently I’ve been trying to schedule my day by the hour and it was so stressful because there was no leniency. If something came up the entire day was ruined. My fears with the weekly goal system, and why I tried scheduling my day out in the first place, is that I feel like on the daily level I’m not sure what to do. Because it’s not urgent enough to me, I just end up playing video games all day. I think I will try weekly goals with daily mini goals that build up to it.

I fast forwarded through most of this video. Took my 3 min to watch. 1)Read a summary of book first 2)don’t read every word just sort of skim the book for important plot points, you can skip whole paragraphs or pages 3) read often and don’t take notes The end

Thank you for your video. I have a lot of respect for you. I was so tied to my cell phone when I worked and had crazy hours that it’s a choice for me to not be tied to it. I do not have any social media on My cell phone and when people push me to get on it and look, I very calmly decline. I don’t use Instagram or TikTok and I don’t care. I do like watching valuable youtubes though.

Sounds good, but for a small number of weeks. All of these habits are interesting but humans are built differently and going against our nature doesn't last long, also will not make you happy, for many reasons, but the main one this schedule will affect your social life and im not only talking about friends, also family and couple. YOU READER... know that just doing 1-2 things you have to do you would be happy, without waking up early, cold showers, no fap and so on... a lot of propaganda... DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO. That's all. And remember, ultimately, from a spiritual point of view, you don't HAVE TO do anything, do what makes you happy, as long as you are responsible enough to finish what you know it is good for you (study, work...) cheers!

Figuring out a morning routine that works for ME has made a big difference. I took inspiration from all the "ideal" ones, sure - and then I experimented fiercely and kept what works for me personally. Everybody's different! (and occasionally still experiment, in bursts, because I know I also change over time. but I've got the basics down.)

What yoy say about soctors have nothing to so with reality. My wife is a doctor and iv seen many many doctors and yes they care about midle finger and they are very full of anxiety and are miserable. You are young and full of optimism. I hope you can keep it but that is something only 1 in 0,099% can do.

Sir, does exercises like plank and push ups are recommended for myopic eye of -7D, bcus I have gone through research paper which say that such exercises increases eye pressure.

I don't think all people want to get ahead of others, some just want to work and earn a reasonably enough salary. I personally don't care if my closest and oldest friends are making billions other than celebrating with them for their success. I personally didn't experience competing with my friends, but such mindset is more common among a low class demographic where, for the lack of competence that often result into lack of job opportunities, everyone just wants you down so they can get ahead.
