Most people don’t care enough about their job to go above and beyond. Maybe it’s just me but I do the BARE minimum, just enough so that I don’t get fired but not enough that people think they can rely on me for help - I turn up for work for my pay cheque and other than that, I couldn’t care less about the person next to me. They could get hit by a bus and I’d not bat an eyelid (unless I felt obligated too then I’d show concern to keep up appearances)

I was born and raised in California, but my family and I had to move to Georgia when I was fourteen due to financial difficulties. Despite the challenges, I am determined to make my new life in California even better than my childhood. I will make it work no matter the obstacles, including homelessness and expenses.

Thank you for this video. I've wanted to move to California since I was younger but it would be such a big move living in NYC. The winters here have gotten so harsh and longer. The whole environment keeps someone down especially with increasing rent. I'm starting to think a move like is what I might need.

I grew up in Southern California and lived there 50 years. The traffic and taxes chased me away. It just wasn’t worth it to me to stay. That was 14 years ago and don’t miss it at all. But I’m glad all of you are happy.

I didnt realize the vehicle was supposed to be empty for transport, I absolutely loaded it up here in Toronto, (and i mean loaded it).. drove it over the border to Buffalo, and they charged me only 200 bucks 😂 best 200 ever spent I think its because the added weight hurts gas mileage for their trucks. I had 2 e bikes, a guitar, a piano, golf clubs, an amp, vaccuum, plates and cuttery cups mugs etc it was madness, probably 600+ lbs of stuff 😆

Pet peeve: I wish people in planner world would stop saying "color coordinate" when they actually mean "color code." I hear this all the time on planner videos. "Color coordinating" is what an interior decorator does to pull a room together - literally coordinating the colors. "Color coding" is assigning a color to each type of task or general life area (personal, work, school, family, exercise, etc). Also, personally, I find it easier on the eye to write everything in black, and then just highlight in different colors. Frixion pens and pastel highlighters are great for this because they're fully erasable and the pastel colors are gentle on the eyes and calming. If I use mulit-colored pens to write all my tasks, it just looks too chaotic to me. For digital planning, I highly recommend OmniFocus. It was originally designed around the "Getting Things Done" methodology by David Allen, but it's now very flexible to ANY methodology. It can be accessed from all your devices, and if you do the subscription version, you never have to worry about upgrading. OmniFocus 4 is expected to be released soon.
