Rather than being afraid of these heights, the Chinese scaffolding makes them more frightening.

During winter time, there will be snow covered, and it is another level of beauty there. The snow seneries in southwestern China's mountanous region is quite different from the northern side. The snow scene in northern China is closer to what you can see in north America, but snow in south mountains are sooooo special, it's like heaven with all clouds around the mountains.

Hello sweet, intelligent, adventurous, polite, well mannered & apart from all the ethnic Chinese languages & inter actions with those people, you are also well versed with the English. language. I welcome you to your new vlog on China, which you couldn't cover previously, as China is a vast country. Suggest to use light semi pop Chinese music in your vlog background. I wish you good luck with safe journeys with sound Health. Take care & keep smiling. An aged well-wisher of you and China from Pakistan.

What lovely people! Thank you for sharing the beauty of this country!! It's very likely that unfortunately the farmers don't get fairly compensated for their coffee :( Unless you visit the farmers and buy direct, or by fairtrade, it's hard to make sure that everyone in the process of creating a product is paid correctly.

I'm looking forward to your new journey, Yan! Australia is geologically an old country, so we don't have stunning mountains like those of the convergent boundary between the Eurasian and Indian Plates. It's great to hear you had a break with Flo, and it's priceless seeing the astounded looks on the faces of people when he speaks Mandarin in reply to them. Great job, Flo!

I think everyone will be interested in your trip. You might consider a lightweight tent and small camp gas cooker, in case you get stuck on a muddy road overnight. Never drive at night as the drop offs on the roadside can be really steep and a long way down! I've always fancied travelling to Lhasa via route G318. Have you seen the 2011 Chinese film Kora (or other name is 'One Mile Above'). I watched it on a bus in January 2012, on my way back from Emie Mountain to Chengdu - of course I didn't understand a word, so I bought the film later, English dubbed. Worth a watch. Good luck on your journey - it will be tough I'm sure, but your experience has grown and you are a great communicator should you need help. Looking forward to the videos.
