Every province is the same. In Manitoba the ex chief appeal commissioner in Manitoba was ex Corporate Secretary of WCB? I made a complaint and Corporate Services WCB says it is a current member who cannot be? These offices are supposed to be independent and seperate? Conflict of interests? There was a section in the act that said no member of the board or employee is to be commissioner,never mind chief that had part of making the act.

RCMP apparently don't have jurisdiction. You would think no one is above the natural laws of justice. Cruel and unusual treatments punishments you would think, would be unacceptable in a free and democratic society. I've been recommended L4 decompression twice. First appeal in 2006 the commission said my L4 damages where assymptomatic. I was recommended L4 decompression first time dec/2004. In 2008 appeal I apparently failed to mitigate my claim because I didnt sign a waiver of liability at an external service provider for a functional capacity exam. Couldn't stand walk. 2008 appeal deemed,denied,deducted. In 2016 losing everything I decide to try class 1 driving thinking sitting would be possible. Mistake. I have a new MRI from same hospital as 2004,it now says Large L4 compressing nerve root "a new finding". Ahh no. Took me a year to get addended report. Not new. They all had specific knowledge. In 2017 I appeal the L4 damages where from 2004 workplace accident. Denied a new finding. So I bring addended report to WCB and Appeal Commission of Manitoba and request reconsideration. Denied! The new commissioner says I should have known through my own due diligences????? So I then make a Human Rights complaint. Manitoba Legislative Assembly makes a new policy giving the executive director the right to dismiss without investigation. Mr Jima says sorry don't have jurisdiction? fightwcb.org please share the web page. It is for all workers.

I had been working on cars for over 20 years before I got hurt, which resulted in my career as a wrecker driver and our used auto parts and small carlot ending. I have the know-how, but with an added spinal injury, my body will not permit me to do this even though I think I can. Case in point, my blower motor gave out with mid to upper 80s and humidity in the 90's %. I tried, but getting under the dash proved too much for me. I found your video and my son-in-law with no experience, watched it, and replaced it in 15-20 minutes, including putting the under dash panel back in place. Very good video

David, I'm sorry to hear of your injuries and how they hamper what you obviously enjoy doing. I too am finding certain tasks that are dictating a different approach to how I did them in the past. I am happy my little "how to" was useful. Thanks to your son-in-law for stepping up! Take care my friend.

Occasionally the motor does fail, but typically all you really need to do is remove the white plug...spray some lubricant into the opening to relube the bearing. 99 times out of 100..the fan will then work like brand new.
@Quagula8 ай бұрын
I had that air hose left spare from the replacement. I got one of those aftermarket motors they sell off the shelf. I figured it was to help cool the motor but if the other comments say it introduces unnecesary contaminants into the components thats also not a bad argument.

I feel that Kris, Phil and Clint and everyone who pulled this debate together, as well as the members, are winners! This debate was great to watch and listen to and learn more about the Buffalo Party and all the volunteers and members. I do love debates. Haven't heard one since the last federal election when the BLOC Leader Blanchet stated that he didn't care about Canada. His only concern was for Quebec. Made me wonder why the BLOC was even allowed to debate. But boy did I ever learn more about the BLOC. Turdeau, Singh and O'Toole were like trained seals and I felt sorry for the Green Party leader. Still didn't vote for her. Thank God James Bay area on Vancouver Island had a PPC candidate. I would like to see the Buffalo Party get rid of the Temporary Foreign Workers program which has been screwing Canadian workers since it was started in 1976. Thank you David for posting this on your channel. Now I will have to re-join FB to learn more about the Buffalo Party. This debate helps me immensely in learning more, and be even prouder, about joining the Buffalo Party and the wonderful volunteers and members of the Party. Thank you so much.

7/32 or 5.5mm on the bracket and 7mm on four screws on cover 👍 Sometimes you can give the blower a few good bumps with your fist/soft hammer and it will start working again!

Mine start to give me this problems today but the only LEDs I have are the reverse lights and headlights,is this problem could be related to those LEDs too?
@j.garcia646 Жыл бұрын
Almost forgot mine has ABS,TC,and brake light on dashboard
@saskgrass Жыл бұрын
With mine I was able to fix the problem by adding the resistor to the tail lights. If you just added the LED headlights it might be the reason or part of. If your LED lights have been in for a while now and the traction control problem just shown up now the problem could be something else. With the brake light also on I would try to diagnose that issue first.

Watched your video - from the time I started to finished was less than 20 minutes -- I only undid 2 of the screws on the right side .. bottom dropped down -- reached up - pull the tap - turned in clockwise - - motor dropped out ... unsnapped the connector which fit perfectly - pushed the new fan up -- made sure it was all seated -- turned it counter clockwise -- it locked -- put the two screws back in -- done -- 20 minutes .

Im guessing you're talking the extension tube part number 20883403. You can find them on Amazon by entering the part number in the search box. They are around $20 Canadian. www.amazon.ca/ACDelco-20883403-Original-Equipment-Cooling/dp/B014X78UVG/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=20883403&qid=1618157799&sr=8-1
