There aren’t enough frames per second to be able to tell wether AWB right foot touches Elliot’s left leg, but his boot flicks away as if it did. They need to introduce high frame rates because important frames will be missing when it’s slowed down like this

Rules of a foul inside the box. If the defending player makes contact during a tackle to the attacking player before playing the ball it is a foul and a penalty will be awarded to the attacking team. Did the defender make contact with the player before the ball ?? Yes he did result Penalty correct decision awarded.

So as he’s going at speed where do you suppose he’s supposed to plant his right foot as he takes that last stride? He wasn’t taken out with massive contact but if he were to hurdle over him and lose balance then fall then it’s impending him and a foul inside the box - hence a penalty. Not loads of contact but he’s had to fall over as he can’t plant his right foot???

So we see Wan Bissaka trying to stop Eliott. Eliott passed the ball with his left foot, so he had to take his next step with his right foot. (As you can see in the video Wan Bissaka didn't touch the ball). So back to Eliott. He passed the ball and he had two options. Option 1: he stops and lets his teammate shoot Option 2: runs into the middle and asks for the ball to score. He clearly choose option 2. He wanted to run foward (take a step with his right leg), but there was Wan Bisakka's leg, so he fell. So basically Wan Bisakka didn't let him to run for the ball inside the penalty area. I don’t want to say it but Man Utd fans, atleast majority of them are delusional if they say this is not penalty. I have seen Saka dive like a Dolphin and still get a penalty meanwhile there was proper contact from a reckless challenge in case of Elliot with Bissaka not getting any of the ball.

Come on guys! AWB didn’t get any of the ball and he cleared tripped Elliot’s right foot in the process of withdrawing his feet. It is a clear penalty. I have seen Saka dive like a dolphin with minimal contact and still getting penalty and nobody even bats an eye.😢
