Love how you used the garden sprayer to prime your molds. Awesome idea. I tried to use a paint sprayer and clogged it up very quickly!

I love these, but how did you do the little nips out of the garland? They look fab, and I have some (very young) students this week that I would love to do these with...
@TabithasGlassEmporium4 күн бұрын
Hi Jo-Anne, it is a strip of glass that you can cut into using Taurus to create the garland look 😊
@Jo-AnneFerguson3 күн бұрын
@@TabithasGlassEmporium love it...sadly, a Taurus is not yet in my shop. Nearly everything else...lol...thank you for your quick response.

Beautiful piece and I love how the sun's rays have such nice texture to them. I'm curious, did you do the slow and long anneal on the first and even second powder firing(s). If so, why? I can see it for the final firing with the murrini but I'm unclear why you would do 3 hours at 900 and then such a long and slow ramp down for 1st and even 2nd powder firings. TY for the insight.

❤ Hi Tabitha, can you use Clean Shield on murrine that is unfused, in a stained glass project? Thanks
@TabithasGlassEmporium11 күн бұрын
Hi Janet, yes you can but it would be better to fuse murrine because Clean Shield will deteriorate over time.
