Overweight BMI sure but I don’t think there’s any excuse for an obese BMI, unless of course you just have A LOT of muscle

Hello! You keep saying fruit is not bad and I agree with that statement,but what about people who are insulin resistant or diabetic? Does this rule 🤔 applied to them too? Just asking for a friend

Why no cardio before workout?
@jahk603
@jahk603 Күн бұрын
Doing cardio directly before working out can deplete your glycogen, lowering your energy levels, which hinders muscle power and compromises your performance.

In my case, a heavy leg day, high sodium/high carb meal the night before and my period. They make bloated like a balloon. But I know it's all temporary so yeah, this guy is dropping gems.

I don't think it's possible to eat 1200 calories only and not lose weight and 2 minutes into the video I think I figured out where this is going.

This just happened to me. I'm eating 1500-1600 calorie per day (maintenance is roughly 2400 cal) and last week the scale didn't move down. It actually went up almost 1 pound. My initial instinct was to panic and think I was doing something wrong or that I wasn't actually on a deficit. Instead of freaking out, I continued the plan, added a few cardio sessions and the scale went down 1 pound this week. So far, I've lost 7 pounds in a 5-week period. That's an average of 1.4lbs per week. Instead of freaking out and leaving the plan too soon or changing things around, I stayed consistent and allowed my body to its thing at its own pace.

I’m sorry. Grams is a unit of measurement for mass. Weight is force = mass * g(accelaration due to gravity). Only reason why it’s interchangeable is because gravity is relatively the same here on earth. But please you can measure in ounces, just convert to * 28.5 grams. Dunning krueger effect at its finest. Also, how the fuck can you say a person is not eating 1200 calories when people are tracking 1200 calories - we learn in primary school how to conduct basic experiments and when you don’t have any control and make everything variable, how the fuck you can disprove what you’re claiming is right and/or disprove what eating 1200 calories does not do. I am not mad, either this is clickbait or just a huge gap in establishing fundamental factors. Either way, this video did not say anything except for “people that tracks calories are wrongly tracking their calories”

Calories don’t make you fat. If you want to lose weight, eat whatever you want, just keep fat under 10 grams per day. Thank me later.
@move3spaces246
@move3spaces246 2 күн бұрын
This makes no sense. Eating fat doesnt put on fat. Carbs that are not expended are stored into fat. Carbs are why people put on weight.
@brizmap9422
@brizmap9422 2 күн бұрын
@@move3spaces246 yes eating fat makes you fat, that’s why they call it fat. You cannot get fat from carbs, calories or sugar. Donuts, ice cream, cake and cookies are full of fat. You cannot get fat from fruit, rice, potatoes, soda, red vines etc.
@mayor3367

@@move3spaces246You are both wrong. Eating any macros in excess would result in your body storing the surplus in fat. Whether it is protein, fat or carbs. Eating any macros at a deficit would result in weight loss because your body would have to eat into its fat stores to make up for its daily energy requirement.
@move3spaces246
@move3spaces246 Күн бұрын
@@mayor3367 i get that but fat is way more filling so if you are eating alot you wont go over you daily easily becauase you wont feel hungry as much. Try eating carbs alot and see what happens. You will feel hungry after 3-4 hours and want to eat more carbs. Its a cycle. Eating fat and protein and a small amount of carbs wont usually make you fat.
