Yeah just in my experience, a lot are being helped by family, or going on the deed with family. And this is just comparing it to other generations at age 25. When millennials were 25, we were in the Great Recession for example, and our own parents had just witnessed a wave of foreclosures

I said you need to hold it AT LEAST two years. It may vary well take much longer to max out your homestead exemption. Also, 2020 - now is not a bubble.

Average home prices are actually down year over year, but have been rising since January. Market prices are not “over inflated”… just the result of basic supply and demand. There is not going to be a crash because there is no housing bubble. Whoever told you otherwise is either lying or doesn’t know what they’re talking about.
