Wild lettuce is great, but it is NOT OPIUM !!!! You even say that in the video! So why the misleading clickbait thumbnail saying that it IS opium? Stop spreading misinformation!

Where I grew up, this grows in abundance... We would hike for miles on summer days, this was the number 1 go to, for number 2! Then there was the occasional river rock... That was back before there were fences on every postage stamp lot...

It's also in the lettuce I'm growing I literally just went out slit a stem and scraped the sap and I kid u not from the little bit I gathered with my knife I feel it almost immediately a relief to my aches my legs and it's so sticky my lips are glued literally. I transplanted it too in a cup of water to grow more.

although actually there are chemicals in the plant that act on the opioid receptors and that does not make it a opiate but it does make it a opioid.

the effect is nowhere near as strong as opium and if you ingest too much trying to take a lot and get that high you can hurt yourself because it has silica that builds up in the body (you'll start noticing lumps near your armpits on your arms because the lymph system gets clogged)

Milkweed also has a white latex The milk will dissolve warts. In the fall we would call them pod plants. Being curious, I would peel open the brown seed pods and see the silky seed "parachutes". I had a huge wart on my left hand. Older brother told me, dab it with milkweed several times a day. Keep doing it until the wart dissolves. It only took a few days and the wart become soft. I picked the wart off and it bled a little bit. There was sort of a depression that later healed and no more wart. Ever again. It didn't grow back. Milkweed also has other medicinal purposes, thanks for the video.

Look 👀 up “Moringa Trees”. I would say one of, if not the top of the healthiest plants on the planet. You can eat everything but the roots. I don’t think the wood pulp would taste good though. I used to take the leaves for joint pains. Placebo.?. Still one of the most notorious plants in the world. It works for me. Ever seen chunky kids in Africa.?. After they planted these trees throughout an African village. Two years later, the children were a little bit chunky.😁. Their seeds purify water too. Cattle Food.😉. As well as people food. Any who, figured you may want to look 👀 in on this wonderful 🪴.

They are most often confused with Dandelion. Surprised you didn’t explain how to tell the difference. Dandelion is good for you, but not wild Lettuce in medicines use.

the fact that people hate on opium is ridiculous opiates were better than god for me.. sober people are not only boring but soulless and incapable of having not only an intelligent idea or an honest thought and are constantly validating the matrix…by not enjoying what life has to offer all these people are microdosing life and there is no such thing as magic to them

I smoke this and have been for more than a few years now, this stuff works great for sleep and pain. Please, don't listen to these people in the comments, who say it don't work... you must find the best plant as there is many different species of the Wild Lettuce You should be looking for 4-6-foot-tall plants with yellow or purple flowers with tiny spine needles on the bottom of the stem. with dandelion looking leaves. Best time to Harvest is right before all the flowers are open, as that's when the plant is most potent. Please, don't use any leave that have any spots or have turned brown, just throw them away. If you want to use as a tea, you might want to add a dash of salt and sweeten to taste. the salt takes a lot of the bitterness out. you can use Honey, Maple syrup, or just about any sweetener you like. If I make a tea, I use the caned sweetened Kool-Aid in mine. I find it taste so much better. When I harvest plants, I hang them upside down for a day (24 hours), then dehydrate in a fan less heated Dehydrator for 3-4 days or until crisp to touch. then mash them up with a wire potato masher. and smoke in just a reg. pipe you can also use 50/50 with medical cannabis, for the same Mood boost. I am no Doctor or anything like that, I'm just user and this is how I use it. I do recommend you see a real doctor before use. as this has had some adverse or allergic reacting to some people. most people have no problems with use but just in case see your doctor first, please! The thing I like about Wild lettuce, is it helps A LOT with my pain, and you I don't get that weird feeling like in pain meds I've taken in the past before I found out about this stuff. Hope it helps you as it has helped me. Just one guy's opinion.

I love your post regarding the wild lettuce. I've eaten the tall red/purple topped variety with only slight numbness in my mouth but it went away as quick as it started and I've consumed much since. I'm a big supporter for medical cannabis but never thought about a 50/50 smoke mix,,, I'm gunna try that today,, after all it is 420 now hehe

There should be a warning with this as there are many plants/weeds that look similar with milky sap that is very bad for you. It’s a common rule of thumb if the sap is milky don’t ingest it or rub a little on your skin first to see if you have any redness appear
