The chemistry WAS AMAZING in this show. The sparkles, the chemistry, the energy- Everything was there. When he confessed to the girl- it didn’t even feel right.

I'm sad they didn't keep it like the original story. The way they are look like more than friendship, yet they took away the BL part of the story because of Korean censure on BL mainstream dramas. Especially with huge actors like them. YET, during interviews, etc and because fans knew the original story, they played it like a BL couple would. I don't know why Korean still doing this, especially with the increase of BL popularity and the changes in Asia concerning same se couples. Even Korean people are becoming more open about it. Asia (China especially) as some of the most beautiful BL novels and every time someone wanna make a drama out of it, it gets cancelled or changed into "friendship". Even if the directors find away to "express" the original feelings like jealousy, support, admiration... we still miss the biggest part of the story : their love. In The Devil Judge, you see that it was missing. You can't act the way they do just for a friend. Especially in their kind o friendship compare to the one they have with the girls. So yes, as much as I loved it, my heart breaks when I see that same sex relationships are still something some people still feel it should be hidden or even cancelled on TV and even in real life!!!
