Everything written in a contract is important and you should never enter into and sign a contract untill you fully understand what it is your agreeing to .

what's better getting a buyer first or getting a seller first? I know it would make more sense to get a seller first ,but i've seen a couple people say it's easier for them to find a buyer and get them what they want. I'm just out here learning

I’ve been wholesaling for about 2 years now. I lived in IL when I started, but I never did deals there. I mainly stayed away from IL because of the regulations. I guess you just do double closes, or work with an agent that closes them for you?

Not going back to work. I'm unsure whether to consolidate all my investment accounts into one. If I do, how should I handle it and what should I be aware of? Thought Wholesaling was "illegal" in the State of Illinois?? n Florida & that's what i heard it's like 2-4 States that it's illegal or you gotta hv a Real estate license.

Nah what he does for those types of states are called double closing. Is when you use a lender to buy the property so technically you own that property which makes it not "illegal" because you have ownership of that property than you can assign that property to a cash buyer. Hope that helps

if you in Illinois or NJ yu can only do 2-4 a year without a license but i'm pretty sure the other 48 states you can whole sale as many as you want without a license
