Bodylastics tube bands all the way. Tried at least 15 brands of tube and loop bands to make this decision. Just as portable as loop bands and provide much more flexibility in my opinion.

the arguement is a comical and complex at the same time. i believe the results are skewed by one side on enhancing drugs and the opposite being ppl that are new to working out or couch potatoes starting or rehab patients. obviously someone that never works out is going to find results with any activity, heck even just walking. on the contrary a lifter on enhancements will need more weight to continue gains, but in recovery bands could help with stretch and healing.

This anchor system looks way better. I always had a hard time undoing the knot so really stopped using them plus I had 3 break. Considering ordering the new bundle set.

Just did these exercises except the pushup with band over the shoulder blade. Is it possible to do the pushup with the band with the previous dislocated shoulder?

It looks like the TA2 bands are different resistances than the orange ones. For example the heavy TA2 says 25-85 while the orange heavy is 40-80. Are the sets different? Thanks.

The new anchoring system is not on Amazon when I clicked the link it shows the old band kit with the old o e and some generic ones.

Nice accessory. Hopefully could purchase this separately as I have a lot of bands already. I always put the door anchor in the door on the side with the hinges. Just a bit more safety there. Thanks James. you are always so great with sharing tips and knowledge.
