Awesome. I'm not quite ready for heavy yet, but i'll get there eventually. I can at least squat down now to load up

Could you possibly stack 3 bands at the same time?

Yes. I do 3 bands for the heavy work set.

@@DeanHenry-hm9bd you're welcome, Dean. I just do a basic full body. Squat, press, pull, with neck and trap work. I enjoy a heavy squat set to finish off.

@@TopBananaE that sounds like a great workout. The reason I ask is because I’m looking for a good three day a week routine to do right now because I’m real busy just wondering how many sets and reps did you do of each exercise thank you again for the information.

@@DeanHenry-hm9bd no probs. I train full body twice a week. 1 warm up set then 1 work set to failure. Neck Upright row Press Pull Squat Calf raise That's it. Simple and basic. I give every exercise everything I got. Bands are the best. Used them exclusively for 10 years now.
