Dude, Give your helper a hat & raincoat...UPS provides em. I always made sure my helpers had extra hats, Jackets & pants...they get soaked during the holidays...happy helpers, better workers, happy drivers.

Yep as a carrier I can confirm. Problem is the packages don't care and keep coming and we only have so much room at our cases (at the office) that was a flat driveway I would have done the same.

They literally warn us about rain in the fall because the LLV are like driving on ice on wet leaves. No joke.

@@GoatyHerps I've never once had to think about wet leaves prior to using an LLV. Anti-lock brakes were invented before I was born. It's crazy the post office is still rocking tech from before the first bush was president.

Not really stuck. I e had to get out with a shovel and clear the snow away, also had to abandon the truck. All carriers should carry a shovel and sand or salt in the snow

He was making you work. These people are super lazy and hate houses where they have to walk a little bit. Corner lots, houses off the road, the even hate houses with a fence that they have to open the gate.. They hate it so he did something to make you work.

I’m a delivery driver and I have no idea what the hell this guy is doing with the hose unless it was sitting in the driveway and he was putting it out of the way. If it were me I wouldn’t touch a thing since I don’t own it... I wouldn’t walk on the grass either. Just ring, knock and walk away - on to the next stop.

HE WAS GIVING THE HOMEOWNER ACCESS TO THEIR DRIVE WAY FOR SINCE OF EASE WHEN THEY GET HOME, HE WOULD HAVE PULLED IN THEIR BUT THE HOSE WAS ON THE GROUND

Maybe it was his way of getting you to look towards the front door to bring in your package asap before it was stolen. its odd but maybe with good intention. That's the only thing I can think of. But, who knows.

u think that is odd, I peeking in the windows, I checked out the locks on doors, and I even have shit in a customer home, when they were not home. door was unlocked. I even pissed on a problem customers package.

Yea not unusual to be in a rental. I drive for ups and am in one every christmas but the hose activity is strange. Too long at the door so hes checking to make sure no one home, he pulls the hose in the yard in a feeble attempt to mark the house? Idk then sits in truck to observe house further and let his buddy know the white house with hose in yard is ready to be broke in. Strange.

...or, the hose was wadded up on the sidewalk and he moved it out of the way so the next guy wouldn't trip over it. As for taking a long time at the door...the house number wasn't clearly marked? He had a phone call? He thought he heard someone inside and waited? Give me a break, he didn't throw it, get over it.

I'm a FedEx driver myself..I delivery both residential and commercial.... I have no idea what the hell he was doing that for...you scan package. change to resi hit driver release, click front door. and leave..should take 10 seconds.....if needs signature scanner will tell u......he clearly was doing something shouldn't have been...
