The mail truck from USPS does not have 4 wheel drive, no traction, & the engine is 50 years old.

Not really stuck. I e had to get out with a shovel and clear the snow away, also had to abandon the truck. All carriers should carry a shovel and sand or salt in the snow

LLVs were definitely not made for all weather.

LLVs are barely capable of handling clear weather sometimes.

They’re based on a modified S10 chassis right? Why weren’t any 4WD ones for this purpose made?

They literally warn us about rain in the fall because the LLV are like driving on ice on wet leaves. No joke.

@@123chargeit To be fair, wet leaves cause problems for just about everything.

@@GoatyHerps I've never once had to think about wet leaves prior to using an LLV. Anti-lock brakes were invented before I was born. It's crazy the post office is still rocking tech from before the first bush was president.

Well, thats not stuck. Also, this being the day, the homeowner might be at work. Considering the amount of snow, that might have come during the day.

@@TomSchindler yup I met him, he’s super fun and he’s right. Y’all just lazy homeowners, that’s why everyone should just leave your packages in the driveway or not deliver them

They weren't supposed to be up there if the driveway wasn't shoveled.... postal rules

Yep as a carrier I can confirm. Problem is the packages don't care and keep coming and we only have so much room at our cases (at the office) that was a flat driveway I would have done the same.
