Yup this is the new trend nowadays - visit India, look for the worst places and then go on a rant about everything that is wrong such as food, climate, roads, traffic, noise, hygiene and last but not the least the people of course. Once you have this video uploaded, thousands of people will join in and start bashing India as how it failed as a nation etc. etc. etc. Nobody asked you to stay in a cheap hotel or eat in a non-hygienic place, those were choices you made. Do you always eat in a similar environment when you are back home? When you travel abroad especially a country which you don't know much about, do you not do some basic research to find out the best places to visit or stay and eat? You could have had a completely different experience if you had done better planning. Many folks who wrote stupid comments here have not even been here once yet thought joining the trend will make them look cool. We know India is not perfect, we do have problems and we are working towards it but what makes India a great nation is its diversity and the culture something that none of you who commented here will ever understand. No country is perfect, I could point out a lot of things which I did not like about US and UK from my recent trips but I understand every nation is different including the people, the culture etc.

Not quite. 6 weeks and 20-30 long videos there from across the country. Mostly positive, all fair. This one showed the true reality of my daily walk which I had done 5 days without the camera - one day I’m inspired to vlog it and this video is born. This is Chennai, not an extreme place either. It’s more than fair
@vat51317 сағат бұрын
Honestly? This place looks quite good to me, not as worse as Dhaka, Tehran, Kabul, Lahore, Delhi or any other African city. Have you ever been to Middle East? Except Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the rest of the region looks trash, it sucks, hottest climate.... I can see lots of greenaries here, trees everywhere, fresh fruits and vegetables as shown. I would rather live in India than living in a hot desert middle east.

@winkle-jz6rj23 сағат бұрын
Didn't see any aggression, or intimidation in this video. Most people were welcoming and nice to you, of course there will always be some annoying, or intimidating ones, but all I saw most people were nice and welcoming. It doesn't help when we are visiting somewhere with the intention to focus on the negatives using an intimating language and tone, even towards the people who they were nice towards you. if there is anything that highlight your video, for me all l saw is you intimidating the locals who the majority of them are a very nice people, open to anyone regardless where you are from.

Fez was the best city full of educated and sophisticated people, but we have changed the problem in Morocco is immigration from one side to the other. If you get to know the real Fassis, you will see a big difference between them and the rest of the Moroccans. Fez is known for its traditional shops, and its people were civilized, then it changed completely, and this is the same as what the rest of the major cities suffer from. Visit the city of Essaouira, although it was also not spared from change.

Tbh, I used to think so when I was in India. Then I came to US for higher studies with a mindset that I'll stay here forever but that's not going to happen. See, the media shows the US to be the most idealistic country to live in, but you only start to understand the problems only when you step in. India gets a lot of hate for lack of hygiene, pollution, scam etc. which it should, I cannot defend or deny that but no one talks about the problems in the United States. The massive amount of crime, extremely flawed healthcare system, druggies and robbers, capitalistic mindset for literally everything, superiority complex, racism. And these are just a few things out of a lot of things I have noticed. Bro, I could literally walk outside my home in Mumbai (India) after midnight without worrying about anything and here in the US, I can't even think about stepping out after 9PM. Every country has its flaws I believe, and I think India is developing and improving at a very slow rate, however I think the US is degrading everyday (it's a harsh reality, not a lot will agree though).
@InvestedAdventureКүн бұрын
Thanks for contributing these interesting perspectives… I don’t disagree that the U.S. has its problems, as many other western states do… although that doesn’t deny that India is still a mess
