The Indonesian people have been some of the kindest to me, and perhaps none more so than in Jakarta - back where I became monetised on KZfaq.
In the spirit of giving back, I wanted to pick up some gifts to go into a local neighbourhood and surprise the people who were living there. So, armed with 1 million Indonesian rupiah (around $50), I set out on a shopping spree at Pasar Pagi Mangga Dua mall before hopping on a rickshaw to take my newly purchased gifts to the kids and ladies of a housing project near Kota Tua station, in Old Town Jakarta.
Their reactions were priceless, and the memories I made will last with me for a long time. Terima kasih!
