Are you using intel mac? Cause pitchproof on m1 chips is not supported for Cubase, cause it's not a vst3
@RichiiWainwrightКүн бұрын
@@user-vr7ib2kg2v yeah I am. I’m planning to upgrade to M3 and Cubase 13 soon and both are vst3 only. Kinda terrified nothing will work so idk whether I should even bother haha. There’s gotta be some good alternatives out there but for guitars pitchproof is by far the best pitch plugin I’ve found

Great tutorial dude! Definitely very modern metalcore sounding. Drums and guitars to me sound much more like Architects than BMTH but honestly that’s not a problem. I would suggest you check out Nick Mavromatis’ channel as well I personally think he’s insanely talented. Plus for anyone who also wants to learn vocal tricks he’s your man cause he’s also an insane singer other than producer

Glad you mentioned the links to electronic music. I'm almost certain they use a saturated sine wave for the bass, especially during choruses. The bass is so tightly pinned in the low end in this genre and it often sits below the kick.

Can you make a video how Peter Steele got hes voice mixed in the song "My girlfriend's girlfriend" ? Im trying to find plugins to replicate it but nog getting close. And theres no other video on whole youtube at all about what effects they used for hes voice.
@PetriJuuhansson-wh4zp2 күн бұрын
If you watch that song live its obvious that in studio he tunes down a full octave with equipment. I remember in thd late 90s or early 2000 that there was a "shocking" article how someone leaked the info that he uses equipment or something to achieve hes voice. Wouldnt be any news now days, but it was totally differend era :)
