The hardener is of lower viscosity and adding this into the mixing container first can be a help as mentioned. Always use an electric drill with a proper mixing tip to ensure a good mix. Adding two containers will also ensure a homogeneous composition. In the case where only one person is handling the application and decanting of smaller quantities is required, please stir the Topcoat Part A separately every time before measuring out with a measuring mug and decanting of the two components in the indicated mix ratio. This might also be necessary where only a small area is left over to be coated and full container quantities will be too much mixed product.

You can try Mosaic Wonder, highly strong acid, you will have to neutralize the surface afterwards as described below in one of the comments. Alternatively if it is those old small mosaics you can grind them a bit but will need to apply a clear coat to restore gloss. Sometimes, replacing the mosaics is the only way.

150mm White Mohair is what we use currently. Larger Rollers do not cover well in hollow spots. Painting out of buckets with handles works better for epoxies to obtain a longer pot life and keeping the paint bucket in hand. 150mm Rollers can still fit into buckets.

Hi, use one packet of Bicarbonate of soda in a 20L Bucket of water. Splash the surface with a splash brush, leave for 30 minutes to soak and neutralize acid. Then high pressure wash with garden hose under thumb pressure. Scoop water out and mop up, let dry. Sand surface with p60 sandpaper before applying the epoxy Primer.

You just need to basically broom and scoop the loose material out of the pool, no need to be super-dust-free. You may use dry cloth or brush to ensure the sides are free from accessive loose material.

@@immortalme111 thank you one more thing i going from a rubber paint to epoxy on a old concrete pool the sanding disk you use in your other video will they take it to down to the concrete and do they get 'clogged up' frequently

Hi Humberto, for the pool surface preparation we grind with Lacas Abrasives P16 Fibre discs, For inter-layer sanding we use general use 60 grit sandpaper

And suffer the staining, the maintenance effort and dull and roughness after a few years, and pay more, yes, why not?
