excellent video. My car is pulling a code for a bad Angle Sensor. The Angle Sensor is connected to the Clock Spring in the back. The Angle Sensor is causing the traction control light to show that it is inactive. To separate the Clock Spring from the Angle Sensor I used a small screwdriver to slightly nudge the two pieces apart.

great video. i have a 2014 that's throwing the p00B7 code. already had a mechanic replace the water pump, thermostat, radiator and valve cover. Still getting the code and the overhead warning. any suggestions on what to check next?

And roughly, how long did it take you as an expert to do this project (or if you're a DIY repairperson)?

I bypassed mine. I did the bypass under the hood which was a very simple process which cost me $0. Getting to it is another story.

Where did you purchase the factory clock spring from?

Thanks. I’ve been trying to get my rear to bleed for a year on Highlander HV and been driving around with lights on not knowing what was wrong. I bought a vacuum bleeder and tried that. Hopefully I didn’t cause other damage not sure if this will work now or If I need to buy the scan tool.

So if I replaced calipers over a year ago and had lights on my actuator is probably already bad

I cleaned mine up but I can’t reset the code, i tried the maintenance reset but no luck, any suggestions??

You was right the exact same thing happened to me on my 2007 LL Bean 3.0 Subaru Outback. Tapped on it and it worked. I’m like WTF! These guys were right!!!!! Fixing it now!! Great video !!💪🏾

You could put it in car wash mode and enable the “free roll” option there. The car will then stay in neutral even if you leave the car and close the door.

Nice video I have same warning come on yesterday . I popped off vent you showed by watching another video . Mine was just as clogged with dog hair & filth . I will go back & clean the fan as you showed . Another video shows the steps in removing all pieces but yours was good in showing your method of cleaning fan And you showed how to reset the warning light . Your neighborhood looks like the sunset district in San Francisco . Great Video! I just sourced a temporary spare from a 2008 Toyota Camry. It has a 155/70/D17 tire on a 17x4 rim. This gives this tire a 26.25" diameter, very nearly the same as the OEM 195/50/R19. There is no issues with offset, the hub diameter is the same at 60.1mm, the lug spacing is the same at 114.3mm. It fits well under the existing back cover. I trimmed the styrofoam blocks to provide support along the sides and in from of the tire. I did have to add a piece of 3/4" plywood to act as a spacer to make the center height even with the sides. This may be a another choice for 5th Gen owners.

If you're changing full synthetic oil every 5K you're tossing money out the window. Synthetic oil dosn't break down like dinosaur oil used to. Most manufacturers and oil producers list up to 15K before the oil needs to be changed, and that's because of dirt more than the oil itself.

So I'm getting the 41 and 48 code on my 2016 Prius and it spits out hot air when the engine is running but when it's just on battery it's ice cold air

Help... I did a rear brake job 2008 prius..The wheel cylinder was replaced. Now when I depress the brake pedal the actuator runs for 2 seconds and stops..Any clue as to why I can't get brake fluid flowing?..thanks
