I there I've come across your KZfaq video relating to redbubble and I have a few questions so I am fresh to redbubble I've started about a month now, since I've uploaded I did not get any sales yet but I've noticed that I have a total of #50 of my designs together been favorite by people so I want to know if that's a good and will that lead to sales sooner please give some insights? 🤔

Thank you for your guidance. It is overwhelming to start a business. With you I have something to follow so I’m not going about things blindly.

Are you use AI in work.
@KelseyRodriguez8 сағат бұрын
Nope, I don’t use AI at any point in my art or video making process.

Very cool of you to share this, so thanks for that. And congrats on achieving this much. But I just gotta say...basically only like 10% of your revenue as a full time artist comes from selling your art. So I think this is important for artists to realize that trying to make a decent living selling art alone is next to impossible.

I don’t have the benefit of doing anything. You go nowhere without your health. My father is ill, my credit card is maxed with medical debt and my mother is overwhelmed. Plan all you want, but without your health, you’re nobody.

This may sound random but I just wanted to say that I really like your voice. I understand everything you say so clearly and you speak so concisely you would be a really good audiobook narrator.

That was informative, and gives some hope that I might be able to make money in the future with my art and KZfaq. I would love to see a break down of the costs too though. Does all the money you make go straight back in your business, do you have left over money, etc?

RE: bookmarks. I don't care for bookmarks. I see them as one step away from dog-earing. That being said, i hit the subscribe button right there b/c lol. Anyway~ i use post-its b/c i can jump right back in to exactly where i stopped, AND they're paper-thin, AND they don't get jammed down into the spine causing breaks in the binding. So for project ideas, Post-its. You could also turn the #13 Stationary design into a post-it.

Thank you for your honesty. I appreciate it. How would you suggest getting started with paid sponsorships? So far, they only want to give me free products to review. 😅

I made a whole video about sponsorships and it’s linked in the description!

I really liked seeing you paint and hearing your thought process through it. I hope you keeping doing those, I find it really helpful both as an artist and well as an instructor. I look forward and honored to walking the journey with you. I can't see what you do next! 😃

Id be interested in how you feel youd do without youtube to provide connection/marketing for you. Seems like most of the revenue comes from being a content creator as the stem to branch from moreso than just art and shop

for sure! I've done galleries and stuff before and didn't find them as fulfilling as this, so I haven't given it much energy since KZfaq took off for me in 2022. Sharing stuff on social media, be it my art or business advice, is definitely a biggg reason I am where I am!

Great video! I do wish more artists were so transparent. I think the only thing I’d like to hear more about is the reality of expenses vs what you’ve managed to gross. As a freelancer for years I’ve struggled to figure out how to monetize myself better. My brain is much more attuned to the creative work and struggles with the business, as do so many! But this sort of video really makes it feel much more realistic which is wonderful. Thank you.

My style is anime inspired pop art. I like drawing celebrities and models. Abstraction realism. I draw of girls and infatuation and lust . I don’t paint. I sketch.
