Feels like I have to do it because no-one understands when I'm the real me. Even when I'm being pretend me I quite often upset people. It's so debilitating

The whole concept of done rather than perfect is in my eyes because if you aim for perfection each and every time, you will get less things done, in an average day at work, whether your low paid or high paid, you will have on average 10 things to do, if you make sure everything is perfect on the first thing, you may not get many things done, 10 good things is better than 1 perfect thing, thats the idea anyway, but in life we all know things can change in an instant lol. There are days were bad things happen 1 after the other, good video though, i like the whole music scene when explaining done rather than perfect 👌

I own a 2009 E90 335i and love it. Perhaps one day it will have the panache that your E34 has. Good choice in a car and keep it up as well as continuing car photography.

As many people have already said in other comments, you are, as we humans tend to do, being much too hard on yourself about the photos. I think they're fantastic! It's so cool to see someone else with a passion for classic cars, and even better that you're sharing it with us! There's something very special about old cars; they have character and make us feel nostalgic. Bernie is lucky to have an owner who loves her so much, I have a feeling you're going to make some amazing memories with her!

Such a fun video. As for the worries about perfection, I've always tried (often failed) to remember that we're in a process of capturing imperfect moments. If we allow imperfect captures to be a part of our workflow, we can allow the imperfections of the image itself to be a part of the creative process. Looking forward to the next video.
