Why the buried shut off valve at 1:17? You are never going to use a buried valve. If you have to work on that head, wouldn’t you just turn off the supply to the whole system?

I've used just salt and dish liquid, and it's worked just fine.

What's your opinion on mid-summer treatments (e.g., Scott's Summer Guard)? Also, if you missed the summer treatment in July, should you just skip doing anything such as Lawn Food/Liquid Nitrogen until fall and just stick to a summer watering schedule? Thanks.

Unbelievable. Imagine my disappointment when my brand new Stihl battery powered sprayer would not pump! After reading the instructions cover to cover, I went on my trusty KZfaq and found your video. Though I didn’t quite backfeed the pump like you did, it was basically the same thing filling the sprayer tube and then putting my air nozzle on it and pressurizing it. Easy as pie and took right off. Thanks man!

This company sucks! I ordered an X7 Plus on June 1, 2024. On Jun 21st I received an email telling me that there was a "delay in the shipment" and that it would not be delivered until "the confirmed date of July 19th." I responded by telling the representative that "understand that sometimes there are issues with Shipping." However, I told them that if they were not "sure" that it would ship on the 19th then to just provide me with a refund now; that was on June 24th. The representative, Andrew P, responded by telling me that he was "sure that [my] mower will be send [sic] on July 19th." Well, July 19th came and went, so on or about July 23rd I sent an email asking about the delivery date. In response, on July 24th, I got an email asking me to wait another month, until mid-August, to receive the mower. I declined and asked for a full refund. In response, the rep said, he would cancel my order and "refund you later." What the heck does "refund me later" mean? I would be very cautious ordering from this company, it reminds me of that cooler company, Coolest Cooler , who stole people's money and then went out of business. .... do not order!!!

How deep of mulch do you put in, and how often? I had our beds scaled last year and starting to plant now in them but the “trench” is now full with some of the mulch the spread they landscapers put down last season. I’ve kept up with keeping the grass line but do I need to redig with half-moon?

Trying to spread a monoculture crop into a wooded area is a horrible idea. We need fewer laws and more biodiversity. Try planting trees, wildflowers, and other native species of plants and grasses.

Very simple fix for anyone interested. Turn the sprayer on and while holding the trigger down shake the hose back and forth quickly and it will prime in seconds.
