Ohh nice.. I am lucky enough to own a sister car to that . But my car is a 2,6 litre. Cheers from Sweden!

Glad you mentioned frank dernie. Williams success is down to him, after all the car is an aero device.

The Le Mans starships at their very best, as good as it is having a competitive hypercar field, I can't help but miss how spectacular LMP1 cars were.

One question. I've noticed that both 1982 and 1983 models of FW08 had a narrower rear wheel span, while the front wheel span was wider. I'd like some more information about the reasons behind that. Was it something to do with steering?

So you have to lift to upshift and clutch for downshift? Man, that sounds like a lot of work to do but also so rewarding to get right. I don't know if i should be amazed by how far we've come in the newest gt cars or dissapointed of how little work it requires to drive gt racecars nowadays.

It won’t be today, but one day I’ll put a 1980’s F1 car in my garage. And oh yeah, I’ll drive its bloody wheels off too!

I so enjoy Sam's videos. Only wish they were more frequent and were longer. I don't enjoy any channel on KZfaq more than I enjoy this one.

Ahh, this channel and Sam never disappoint. This is probably my favourite channel on KZfaq now. This fills the gap left by Petrolocious, /Drive, etc. Oh, and that sound!

New stitching on the suit, Sam? Looks ace. Would you mind sharing specs/details on the suit? Gorgeous classic aesthetic. Wonderful quick gearbox on this Tyrell - are you clutching up and down or does it allow clutchless shifting on the dog rings?

Why the old F1 cars had their rpm gauges turned sideways or upside down?

A confusing time in GT racing for sure. So many Porsche 996s running in the "NGT" class all with a slightly different spec, all looking similar. Im curious as to how different the works RSRs were from the RSRs that were running in ALMS with Peterson White Lightning and Alex Job Racing.

Didn't this have a plugs-cutter for the upshifts? Surely lifting while upshifting make the gearbox lasting longer

I have such a soft spot for the 996, I had a lovely 996.1 C4 Aerokit. I cant imagine how much higher the limits would be on a race car on slicks 😮 I'd love to see one day.

Wait, if only three were made, how many RSR's skins are in the original GTR2? Maybe they are all three RSRs, all with european specs (IMSA GT3 use to have some slighty different regulamentations)
