Gym workouts are to build strength. You could do this playing football too I guess, but you would need to have constant competitive shoulder barges, shoves and challenges etc and you would likely just get injured more. Playing football is good for building up your agility, speed, technique etc.
@SoccerFactoryTV14 күн бұрын
You are correct. It takes longer time to build strength by playing and you need to be put into situations such as shielding and tackling hours and hours in 1v1 set up to build strength. But the rewards through this approach are much bigger than from the gym as at the same time you learn those skills as well. But to become a good player, it is lot of hours training that takes you there!

I came furiously after playing a match where the other team called foul every time I did this. This is a strange case of something that isnt called out in Pro football but is in amateur.
@SoccerFactoryTV18 күн бұрын
There is a difference between countries as well. In North America this is a foul in many cases, but no big deal in Europe.

100% effort every time you practice is not sustainable
@SoccerFactoryTVАй бұрын
Yea of course it is not sustainable, BUT if today your 100% is 75 minutes, giving 101% for 75 minutes, next week your 100% is 76 minutes, week after 77minutes. Etc. the goal is to get 100% effort as long as possible… Your 100% stays up much longer when after the attack you think getting back to defend rather than thinking fatigue.
@notcharles625Ай бұрын
The harder you train the higher your threshold for tolerance is🤡🫵
@SoccerFactoryTVАй бұрын
Yes. There is no “upper limit” how high it gets, but it can only get higher if you are giving 101% it can’t get higher with 80% effort
@danilom951Ай бұрын
@@SoccerFactoryTV I would argue you have a genetic limit you can’t go forever until infinity that would be absurd
@SoccerFactoryTVАй бұрын
@danilom951 you are absolutely correct. If you are able to push your body to 101% all the time, something has to give in. Most likely your hamstring if we think about playing 90 minutes. But it is about thinking and mentality to give 100% all the time what drives your threshold higher than last week. And hopefully it gets that high that nothing gives in and you are very fit to play the 90 minutes at very high tempo

I am going to do this for 2 weeks and mark my progress here. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday Goals: Learning the sombrero, Running a Km 5 mins 30 seconds Plan: I found this practice session after a little bit of searching and am going to try recreate it as much as i can. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/n6uSaN2X0trMo2w.html I will update this comment tomorrow right after my training session. Date: Tuesday 8th April Things did not go as planned but in a good way I followed the video, probably underperformed on the warm part not going to lie. Once we got to dribbling, i decided to do some ball control exercises, i think im going to start doing them everyday now because it only takes 10 mins to do and its actually really helpful for me because one of my main struggles with dribbling is the power i put on the ball.(video i followed kzfaq.infoXi5ZDu8n3lI) Then after doing some cone drills the best i can, i did some passing drills, just somethings my coach does in team practice. Then starting learning the sombrero, i think i did pretty well at it for my first time. Today i couldn't run a kilometer because of some unfinished school work i forgot to do lol. honestly think i did pretty well today but i do start to think about going to a field and doing this because i am doing this all in my backyard. I can practice shooting and running there is going to be alot easier. Also havent thought about a reward like you said in the video Date Wednesday 10th April To be honest I didn't really change anything, I can also see myself putting in less effort. On friday im going to buy myself a slice of pizza after the session to help keep me move motivated. I also followed the video that you sent, which I found pretty helpful. Date 12/4 I had team training today so I didnt really have time for my training but u did ball control training and some sprints Date 13/4 Ok so today was a big day.I felt super motivated today and managed to do a bunch of 1km runs in the afternoon, I think I did about 11 runs and my best time was about 5:48 so im really happy that im close to reaching one of my goals. The sombrero has also shaping up quite well, still a while away till I can be 100% confident in that skill. But today I felt my ball controls drills were helping me. In my game, im usually the playmaker but I don't really like just playmaking because I was to be up top scoring goals. With the ball control drills ive been doing, i felt dribbling was alot more on point being able to dribble past one, two and three defenders to score a goal. I feel like this is a step in the right direction. I will comeback on monday I was out at a family event all of yesterday evening so I just practiced the sombrero in my backyard. Friday and Wednesday have just become routine, all I need to make a habit it updating this comment. Other than that Ive got the sombrero down and my dribbling feel on point. Excited about the game tmmr Today's the last day and the game went pretty good As for my goals, the sombrero is not at 100 percent but it's very good, and I did reach my goal of 5: 30 with a time of, 5 min 14. It turns out running to more mental than physical at the start. I haven't stopped scoring getting 1 assist and 1 goal today which it pretty good. I feel like the habit of training feels like it's helping all, I prolly come back to this comment whenever I have a big achievement.

The reaspn receiving rhe ball and first touch is the MOST IMPORTANT SKILL IN FOOTBALL is because you need it to be able to do ANYTHING in the game, forget shots, passing, and having a good game if you cant even do what you want the ball to do.
@SoccerFactoryTVАй бұрын
Yes, without the good first touch, you will never have a chance to do anything else, because you lose the ball 👍🔥⚽️
