As a little kid, I always thought the lap steel was used in traditional bluegrass/country/blues music. David Gilmour changed that whole perception for me.

Добрый вечер, я из России , и мне 60 лет, , заканчивала школу, спасибо брату, под записи Пинк флойд и Ди Перпл, и говорится, вросло. Позже была на их концертах Это что-то незабываемо❤. У меня рингтоны на каждый абонент стоят из этих исполнителей , что иногда авзывает большое удивление. Я просто счастлива, что знаю этих музыкантов и эту музыку. Привет из РОССИИ,❤❤❤ Ирина

The 🎸 work on this album was phenomenal. Both Waters & Gilmour got the instrument to vocalise like an actual living animal. A very ferocious & dirty junk yard dog on the seminal *"Young Lust!"* 👍

His voice is still the same as it was in the earlier days...so is the guitar that plays with near perfection. The band is just fantastic that is really what I think.. oh by-the-way, which one is Pink?

I remember the album came out in 1987, either the double cassette or double album. Us and them was not on either. This was the first double album that i purchased. I had the double cassette and wore it out, the song One Slip was not on it though. A few years later, they put out a VHS taping that included One Slip. I'm glad all my favorites including One Slip is on this version.😮
