The first time I had finger lime was a red variety at Daou Winery in Paso Robles Ca. and they serve it with fresh oyster and it was delicious. Now have green & red varieties growing on my property. My trees is producing fruit this year.

It’s now 2024 and look you made this video in 2022 so hoping you’re still replying to comments. Did you say that you can RETURN to the flower you pollinated while female and collect pollen from SAME flower when it has reverted back to male stage. This is of interest to me because of my ATEMOYA is fairly young so I have only few flowers This is at 3:48 to 3:50. Thanks. Appreciate your instructive videos

Yes, the female flower you have just pollinated will turn to male stage which then you can collect the pollen from it.

Your videos helped me tremendously!, We live in the city Downey Ca. about 20 miles away from the beach. I planted our Atemoya tree 7 years ago and started flowering after two year, but no fruits. Growing in my country the Philippines, never pollinate Sugar apple (family of cherimoya and atemoya etc...) which self pollinate itself and bare fruits. Then I saw your videos last March 2023 regarding pruning and hand pollination. YES! thank you so much :) our tree gave us 21 good size fruits. Hand pollinating again this year and so far lots of fruitlets. Thank you much for taking the on making Videos. Thien, when do you thin out the brunches so the fruits gets big. Thank you

Thanks! I just removed the flower from my dwarf cavendish. I have 7 large hands and the newest hands only have about 3 or 4 bananas each. I'm in a race against winter and I want all the nutrients to go to 100+ bananas that are already showing.
