Yup. Bought mine in 2017 and still Ride it to this day. Is true, it doesn't have wattage. However, it's also true that this bike will last a lifetime. It's easy to fix and commercial grade. The newer models are not built to last. Absolutely love this bike. Worth it.

The handles are awesome for landmine rows, chest presses, chest flys and shoulder work like lateral raises and rear delt flys. I have the K bar too which in my opinion in combo with the slings makes X3 look like a toy.

Can you set the rear higher so you can do Inclines with this bench? I know you said the pad can be set higher, so just wondering if this is a functional hack?

Not sure why this JUST found its way into my feed but it did... you can put 4 bands on it at once there are SO. MANY. better ways to show the exercises this thing can emulate. Upside - portable gym. Downside - Bands dont accurately replicate the amount of weight they're supposed to be. The hardest part of using this for me has been needing to change the bands between exercises when I'm switching between weaker muscle groups. If I had two bows that I could load different sets of bands on, It would be amazing.

The quality of the bands warrant a retail price far more than $50. I own it and have worked out with weights for years. A couple of the thicker bands are really hard to use. I get a really great workout. I have tried other bands that do not measure up.

Bought this bag 6 years ago. Enjoyed using it. But now the side is almost completely split open. Customer service Ortlieb NL answers that the weld seam cannot be repaired because it is glued at high frequency. Still a beautiful bag, suddenly unusable.

At 2:05 you didn't add the spacer that came with the new cassette. According to Wahoo "If your new cassette includes an additional spacer, install this before installing the cassette.". I forgot it first as well, and by adding the spacer it reduced the noise quite a bit.

I’m enjoying the bike so far kzfaq.infoUgkxMesz3KOGEmwmvyKQfLfrRSUXLFzfVHZA My only real complaints are the brakes and the pedals. I feel like a bike designed for bigger people should have much larger pedals and more heavy duty brakes. I’ve only gotten two really good rides out of it, minimal downhill action, and the brakes feel like they’re already going out. A larger person has more momentum, so I think this wasn’t thought through very well. Also, I wear size 13-14 wide shoes. My feet cramp up on these pedals that are clearly made for smaller feet. Since I’m not a pro rider (and I don’t think many are who purchase this bike) I don’t think that the straps on the pedal are necessary at all. None of this takes away from the enjoyment I get from riding, however. I’ll just head to a bike shop to improve on a few things.

I have this system and it has caused me two injuries while claiming to be the safest way to WO. Don't get me wrong I love it even with its shortcomings! First is I feel MAYBE that the bar being so short has caused impingement issues when doing overhead presses causing me to drop that exercise. Anytime an exercise causes any joint pain STOP doing it. I get enough growth to my whole shoulder area from chest press, crossovers and bent rows and NGL I started getting too big shoulders ruining my whole look, especially the side delt whcih dwarfed the front and rear deltoids considerable to point of ugliness. The second issue I have is my knee is fracked! My theory is simply that when you squat and stand up the tension around the knee is removed. Now in a regular squat as you go down to parallel your knee muscles are getting strengthened considerably and so when you rise up the release of tension around the knee is semi ok (Squats can ruin your knees if not careful). BUT when using the bands as you start to lower to parallel the tension eases and over time the knee weakens and damage occurs. I am looking into buying a leg extension machine just to strengthen the knees to bullet proof them.
@GearMashers
@GearMashers Жыл бұрын
They did come out with a longer bar, which may help. I happen to really like the Harambe System bars. They are longer. If you have the money/space for a leg extension machine, that would be awesome.
@allwillberevealed777
@allwillberevealed777 11 ай бұрын
Just use the resistance band alone for the overhead press. Use a form that mimicks putting something over your head. Basically, your arms at somewhat 45° angle. I think maybe the straight overhead with any bar puts you in an unnatural form or position. Try it. 😎

We have 2 german shorthair pointers and the dust they would bring into the house was getting ridiculous. They were tearing up the backyard because it's so dry in the summer and it was a mud pit when it would rain. Now the dust is almost eliminated and we don't fear them going out bringing back mud when it does rain. Total win.

Im not trying to be critical but to do the exercise properly you have to have the band doubled or there would be no resistance. Also, you are going way too fast to actually build muscle but maybe you're just doing it to show the product. 🤔

Hi Chris, which do you prefer Rogue Monster rack or the Eleiko Prestera and what do you find you use more?
@kingofkingscoffee
@kingofkingscoffee Жыл бұрын
I would opt for the Rogue Monster Rack since it has standard 3x3 and 1 inch holes. You will be able to get many more accessories for it than the Eleiko rack. With Eleiko you are pretty much stuck with their eco-system since the rack is 70mm x 70mm with 16mm holes.
@cavechav
@cavechav Жыл бұрын
@@kingofkingscoffee Lots of reviews say Rogue equipment can be over built, heavy and clunky but you cant beat the quality but the eleiko looks beautiful IMO and once you buy them last for decades.
@kingofkingscoffee
@kingofkingscoffee Жыл бұрын
@@cavechav I have had both. Right now I have the Eleiko Prestera due to Covid supplies at the time. Wish I had gone with Rogue or Oak Club manufacturing because the 3x3 setup simply allows you to purchase 3rd party accessories you can't with the Prestera line. Don't get me wrong the Prestera is nice, but IMO going to a 70mm x 70mm tube set really limits your options. By the way if you want the Eleiko weight stack, it doesn't work with the sliding j-cups and safety arms. Bad design IMO.

Hi Chris, I don't have the rack bolted to the floor and so far I haven't experienced any issues with the rack moving or felt the rack to be unsafe. I do pull ups on it just about every day without it feeling unstable. I think Eleiko says to bolt it down for Safety, but I don't feel the need to.

You can have a one hand re verse grip or 2 hands for a bit of variation. I think if the bar was wider it would also give you more options. I like the @harambesystem t-bar and k-bar because they are wider, so you can do close grip and wider grip.
