A beautiful story. Now I'm going to ruin it by getting political. The first thing I thought as I watched this as, "What would that inbounder have done, if he had been a Trumper? Fill in your own blank.

It wasn't the points or the game. It was giving Mitchell his moment in the sun. That video brought me to tears. Thank you Jonathan for letting the game be fun

There aren't enough superlatives to go around to do justice to everyone, including the fabulous supportive student body who, obviously, also love Mitchel.

My wife and I split up for a couple years I was with a lady who had a Down syndrome,Autistic,ADHD son. It’s been a few years back with wife and she is my wife’s best friend and he is our son. I love him so much. He can make me smile when I am so mad if someone tried to make me laugh it would just make it worse. My son can come in and make me smile.

i hate these bullshit ' lets make the poor disabled kid / adult feel good, and feel like they accomplished something, its cruel, it actually does not help them, its giving them a lie to live. but a genuine real story where, yes, they are doing this n that, not just '' feeling'' but are literally actually DOING and EARNING is what we need to see and hear.
This literally happens at my school today. We are doing a march madness tournament at school. This kid Brian who has autism, got the ball and made shots but kept missing. Then a kid named Andrew on the opposing team kept giving the ball to Brian until he made it. Once he made it, the whole school went wild. This video proves that there is still kindness in the world❤
