Thank you for the video , I’m doing this recovery in my own. Your crave riding advice I’m going to use and the insight on regret acknowledging is helpful. You saved a person here and thanks for that 🙏

Sometimes I find it hard to understand the craving only lasting 20 to 30 minutes bit? When I start craving first thing in the morning then the craving dosent go away no matter what I do or think of, once its there its there and it won't go away until I use my doc (oxy). Sometimes my craving will last for easy 3 to 4 days.. People don't understand that cravings can get that strong they can make you really ill and then people don't understand how ill you really are. It's like living in a nightmare.

Love it but not a fan of the music in the background. It is beautiful guitar work but is rather distracting to my clients in group.

Wow, this was very informative and inspiring. Great job! Our community needs to hear these things, and hear them in a different way. Addiction, mental health and suicidal ideations are plaguing our families, our friends and the foundations of our culture and society. Change is so badly needed. Thank you for sharing your art, and for beginning this conversation in this space, in this way.

The past few years have been busy and I haven't looked at this channel for a while now! But I'm glad to see a few people have found what I've posted useful. I do have some new things coming soon. And yes, I have kept my sobriety going! As well as beginning a career in addiction treatment. I wish recovery and peace to all of you!

I became an addict opioid addiction back when they shoved it down everyone’s throat. Then it became another drug so I could get out of bed to be the go getter I was I am. I never took the responsibility of learning what pills I was taking. I didn’t realize that it makes your brain quit producing the seritones it’s needs. I got hurt and lost a kidney and had a few surgeries. I lost my self. Everyone around me thinks I look normal. But the pain I have is overwhelming. My husbands way of coping with taking is fighting and physical. And we had a fight that destroyed my lower back. I can’t keep teelling him it’s his fault bc it’s. Not. Then this last year the stress I took on was the strangest most meanest dishonest people I ever met. It took such an overwhelming toll. I didn’t want to complain. Bc my husband works so hard for me. How can I complain when I’m laying here just trying to heal from 4 years of health. But this I didn’t realize what it was going to trigger. We went through so much5 years ago Amd we all had problems and he’s the only one that would t talk or ever think he has an issue and we all do. So he does not understand bc I don’t have anyone but him to turn to He has people in his ear just downing me. But i am sick now

I'm so sorry to hear about what a hard time you're having. I've been so busy that I haven't been on this channel much for a while, but am working on some new projects and just saw your comment. A lot of things fall apart during active addiction; communication, relationships, and mental health foremost. I hope things get better for you; reaching out to a qualified mental health professional and starting outpatient treatment for addiction could be a great start, but only if that's what you want to do. If I can help with advice or support in any way I will be happy to; feel free to reply to this comment, or message me privately. I wish you all the recovery and support in the world.
