I don't know why it never occurred to me to add slat and oil in the rice cooker. It made a big difference over mixing it into the rice after cooking

Shank meat is wonderful! U can't go wrong using it in a stew with a little cumino, curry, and a pinch of thyme. But what sets it off is cornbread; its midnight and i just mage myself hungry,. GN 😴!
