Really enjoyed this podcast and just love Kathleen but I can’t subscribe with so many ads and promotions! Way too many minutes of them

What a pure reflection of the dynamics of the difference in female energy. Accepting and feeling confident in friendship comradery where all females should be.

So funny when Leanne quotes the oldest joke on Earth. "Never was there a dancing girl who did not fart in the lap of her Lord"

The romance book you read was too historical to count. Maybe look into a current romance/erotica book????

She has a hard time apologizing to Bert because she thinks that she's smarter than he is and that if something causes a rift between the two of them it's always his fault. That's the baseline, when she finally realizes that she needs to apologize it's a paradigm shift that's hard to overcome

This is all really hard to listen to. Theres so much coping and projecting going on and it makes me feel kind of sad.

I get that these two are probably very good friends, and I get that she probably didn't mean anything by it, but when you say something like you're married to one of my favorite people in the world, I love your husband", that comes across as so toxic.

I loved listening to this podcast and felt like I would love to be best friends with host LeeAnn--until--until she said rape victims are/could be 5% responsible for men raping women. She's not the only one who blames the woman, even convicted rapists in a maximum security prison in Virginia blame their victims (www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4491036/). God will not blame you--ever! "God is angry with the wicked every day!" Ps 7:11

If it was (almost) any other man suggesting how you're happy, etc., it could be red flag country. But it's Bert, so the genuine "huh??" is so endearing 😂

Does abusive step mom = want a kid to finish school and not party and run the streets? 🤣😂🤣 Love how these two dish the dirt on booze, pills and drugs like theyre talking about recipes. Nothing to see her, just more corporate tool bag marketing. Running, not walking from this BS.

Y'all are ME! Do you think that southern people (women) all are predisposed to unhappiness or depression in younger or ladder years? I've felt unaccepted and shunned at different times in my life. My family all live in same area so everyone is kin. I had to go out of area to get a husband. My entire family almost all are with same person same job entire lives. Long line of praying folks. I am so different. I had to let all my dreams go to raise my boy. I've been care giver my entire life. I was driving at age ten. Anything I could comprehend or physically do we were expected to do. I've helped raise many people. Fed them gave them as I would my own blood. I go from full house to alone. Husband's deceased all kids I helped are adults and one biological son that I gave my all to. Now he's doing what I raised him to do. Self sufficient god fearing hard working yet he doesn't check on me in my broken state. I have worked my entire life I use to travel and I'm a singer. Now my home is falling in my body is in need of care and I used all my money giving to others. Now I'm an outcast. People look at me as if I'm foreign. Nobody remembers all the years I worked all the years I gave all that I gave up so my son could thrive. I just want to live happy healthy and safe. Who do I turn to when nobody gives a damn and nobody sees what I have done or they act jealous. I don't posses that emotion. I love and support and am happy for others doing well. Why am I the exception to the rules? Thank you both for this podcast. Y'all would certainly get me. God bless y'all
