I really enjoyed seeing the frame construction and suspension. The frame looks incredibly strong. And the shock absorbers were perfect. I love the extra details you did not have to add underneath, Andrew. Bravo

Great transformation! I used to work for a guy who owned a first-generation civilian Hummer and the "entertainment du jour" was listening to him grumble and complain about the gas mileage. One time, I suggested he trade it in for a Prius--let's just say I was lucky he didn't fire me!

nice and ratty, and faster than before. :) I remember reading about a 59 caddy Fleetwood 4door sedan doorslammer dragster in Chrome&Flames back in mid-80's, so these are obviously a rarity. hey, can you say "Raceway Taxi"? :D here is some detail idea for castings that were supposed to have vinly rooftops. since the vinyl's side pieces are usually sewn on, water would seep into the seams over time and cause corrosion. I know this because my battered old Ford Taunus had a vinly roof, and there are two small holes in the roof. explains where some of the water came from collecting by the spare wheel...

Just fantastic! I saw the pictures earlier on Instagram so it was interesting to see the process of transformation. I forgot to mention there that I think the Jack Daniels is pretty much the perfect livery for that color scheme.

That turned out fantastic! Some really great customization touches. Gives me some ideas for my builds.
