Coptic really sounds nice both religiously and without it. If this language is revived, I would really learn it. Definitely a beautiful language. My history is also a rich one like Egypt which is the Dravidian side. So, in a way, it relates since these Egyptian hieroglyphs may have brought us my language. It also gives me more insight on others.

as a history student, i'm eagerly working towards the goal of reviving the ancient egyptian language (the work involves figuring out the phonemic values of the phonology of these times, and recovering the missing vowels of words). In that regard, pieces of media like this, which seem to hold at least some value of accuracy, are very important in order to preserve and advertise the culture descending from this civilisation. Truth and science will prevail

Hey man, where can I contact you? I'm very interesting in learning the Coptic language, where did you learn it? Also, are you from Egypt? If so, do you know if Coptic is still spoken somewhere there? I've seen some discussion about this topic on Reddit an Quora and the conclusion I got from it is mosty: No (with the exception of it's use for liturgical purposes).

So stop your racism and leave egyptians alone. We are already suffering from poverty, and we don't need more problems to care about. after you foreigners conquered us either arabs or greeks or romans or the Britishs or the frenchs, and tried to erase our identity and separate us from our grandparents and tried to enslave us and rob our land and then after you finally have left you are still now trying to steal our land once again, please for the sake of humanity leave egyptians alone, we have never done nothing to harm humanity

Good day, ABANOB sir. This coptic language intrigues me of what it sounded like and its calligraphy. Then I just watched Prince of Egypt from Dreamworks last night and I have this in my mind. I would humbly request for you to do "Playing with the big boys now" in coptic. I want to hear what the high priests sounded like in that language.
@ramessu1236 ай бұрын
I'd like to get in contact with you to try to support you anyway I can. Reviving the Coptic language has become a centrepiece in my life. I can only write about it, but what you do with music, now that's the only way to move our Coptic culture forward. Let me know, Andraous
Abanob, I cannot put into words the emotions your songs bring out of me. I have been eagerly at work trying to learn our indigenous language. Being born in Egypt and emigrating to the West, I have been neglecting my heritage for a long time in an effort for Westernization and assimilation. I have spoken in spite of our culture and what it has become. This hate was mostly out of spite for the lack of the Copt's vigor in defending and preserving our culture. As I grow older now, I see that the only way for forward in elevating our culture is by taking an individual effort in and participating in it. This is why I am so motivated to learn the Coptic I've been neglecting for so long. To my surprise, I've found that our Coptic diaspora is brewing with this desire as well. To truly reinvigorate our lost heritage, it will be up to every one of us to use it in our daily life. And there is no more confirming and beautiful practice of this than in music. Music is an innate human quality in every one of us, and for our Coptic heritage to ever spring out from the desert once again, it will mainly be through what you are doing in your music. What you are doing is beyond words. We need you, I urge you to please continue committing to this. We will all have a role to revive our illustrious heritage and share it with the world, to wear it proudly. Yours will be music, and I hope, mine will be writing. Let me know how I can donate to help you commit more time to your music. I hope we get to know each other in this same path All the best, Andraos
