Thanks for the video. I do wish to issue a caution on this though. The Adobe program does not distinguish the difference between the noise (wind), I was trying to remove and the instruments/vocals I wanted to enhance.

You don't need to cut tracks to do this. Just right-click on FX button at the begining of the audio track, click Volume - Level. Gray volume level line will appear (increase height of audio track to see it). Then Control-click (on MAC should be Command-click) on the gray line to add keyframes. After that you can change volume level on the part of track, between keyframes. If you want to transition, you shold add at least four keyframes: ▔\____/▔

I have almost 1TB memory and high performance gaming pc 🤷‍♂ it says unable to draw path. GDI status out of memory gg the audio of another clip went down and the main studio clip audio went so high ... it went the opposite :S but thanks for this tutorial it helped me to find how to do it manually.
