Beautiful. How do orcas in the wild distinguish between us and (smaller) prey such as seals? To my knowledge there hasn’t been an attack on human beings in the wild, and I find this remarkable.

Native American legends say that the Orca used to help them when they’d go whaling way back when.The Orcas would corral the whales towards the whalers and after the hunt The Natives would cut the tongues out and feed it to the orcas.

Orcas are known for playing with their food. At least these weren't in captivity. I've seen 'Black Fish'. These beautiful beasts need full respect.

They only hurt humans when they know that we are the reason that they are held captive. I don't believe anybody has ever been attacked in the wild but many people have been killed at SeaWorld and other attractions. You can't tame one of the most intelligent creatures in the world 💯
